The Kloster Heidberg convent is a business & event center and the first center in German-speaking East-Belgium which can provide such an amount of meeting rooms and accommodation facilities at the same time. Also technically speaking, the center is completely state of the art.

User fee
The fee service charge includes the standard technical equipment like a large screen with HDMI or Airplay (meeting rooms), beamer and big screen (chapel), flipchart, WLAN, notebook and pen. Water is also included.

Banquet or walking dinner - we work with the best caterers in East Belgium and offer a versatile choice to make every kind of event a success.
You have the choice between selected caterers, our in-house restaurant with an extensive menu for lunch and dinner or a visit to one of Eupen's restaurants.
